In charge of Equipment KPI for Down time and MTBA/MTBF/OEE.

Document and specification (WI/OCAP) creation, approval & updating in Agile.

Continious yield monitor/improvement for equipment related. Master and Specialization in excursion investigation and fixing.

Master and Specialization  in Machine PO spec and/or service contract generation with procurement team.

Train line sustaining technician/engineer team to reach equipment engineering overall goal.

Master and Specialization in  Equipment health check/modification and upgrade execution.

Machine relate EHS follow up and reach overall goal

Collaboration with other cross functional team for FQI/IQI/CQI investigation.

Deliver new packages, products and processes readiness

 Master and Specialization in new package technology development

Master in team/group  management ability 

 Master Attendance / Manpower arrangement / work assignment  

coordinate and manage introductions of new equirment/process develop and innovative of capablity improvement 

provide solutions to EQ engineers, driver machine capablity and  product yield  for overall cost save 

Responsible for creating and maintaining various technical documents to assist with supporting, training, within SDSS

Have duties include working with cross functional teams to coordinate priorities and initiatives, troubleshoot and analyze complex problems.
