REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree with mechanical engineering and electrical engineering will be preferred.
• Preferable minimum 7 years working experience in KGD (Wafer Probing) equipment area.
• Excellent communication skill in Chinese/English.
• Good team work and constructive problem solving skills.
• Willing to work under pressure.

l  Manage KGD (Wafer Probing) Equipment to sustain smooth production, including Prober, Tester, Sorter, Oven and Probe Card and etc.

l  Support line escalation for higher level equipment troubleshooting.

l  Perform new equipment and tooling installation and buyoff.

l  Kick off innovation projects with functional team to improve production Quality, Cost and Delivery, especially for System Automation, MMR, 6S and Equipment KPI’s.

l  Liaise with Prober, Tester, Sorter, Oven and Probe Card suppliers for equipment performance continuous improvement and innovations.

l  Spare parts control to ensure minimum stock and cost effective
