Main Tasks

• Gather and condense technical requirements / issues of assigned components based on LPD Sales & Marketing inputs, claims, AE non-standard solutions, direct customer input, industry trends, etc.
• Ensure continuous product improvements and technically up to date components. Prepare technical studies for assigned components (e.g. product application range, scope changes, cost optimizations, quality improvements, etc.)
• Drive and support product developments executed by CRD and the transfer into operational business
• Propose, prepare and track product improvements and change requests to CRD to ensure on time delivery, smooth introduction in supply chain and full standardization and release in myLeegoo.
• Definition of sales configuration tool requirements, configuration rules, sales and order process on component level and price list structures resp. pricing models
• Lead sales tool and order reviews as part of the regular release management on component level
• Prepare and drive sales-releases and -stops for components and features in collaboration with product line responsible.
• Ensure sales relevant product documentation and PNC documentation is available and up to date
• Support product introduction and industrialization during pre-series, zero series (PROMS) and series (PROCITS)

Additional Tasks:

• Patent monitoring and filing of ideas; support claim handling; Sales support.

Education:

• Engineering degree (FH/HF) from a recognized engineering school or University Degree in engineering science

Experience:

• Experience in project management and cross-functional team work;
• At least 5 years experience in the elevator industry in a comparable role
