Requirements:

• Bachelor or above in engineering, automation, mechanical design, big data, material science will be preferred.  
• +3 years working experience in semiconductor industry, skillful for AOI/FVI process on LGA/BGA auto inspection on cosmetic, dimension and ball. Be familiar with T&R and packing design is preferred.
• Expertized in process control and improvement, data analysis, and problem solving
• Be good at QC skill, such as 7QC tools, MSA, SPC, 8D report, DOE etc.
• Detail and action oriented, self-started, ability to work independently and to deliver high quality solutions.
• Ability to work effectively with multi-functional team member, with good communication skills.
• Good verbal and written in English.

Responsibility:

• Process control & sustain: Documents (FMEA/CP/SOP/WI) generation and update, system creating.
• Yield improvement and quality enhancement.
• AOI machine measurement accuracy insurance and overkill reduction.
• Line abnormal, quality issue, yield loss investigation and in time action taken.
• Conduct engineering DOEs and apply statistical analysis method to solve problems, make decision with data.
• Lead KIP projects on cost reduction, yield, quality, capacity, productivity improvement.
• Shift left to work with R&D on new material and package development, support AI building.
