Change the future with us As a Senior engineer – Product troubleshooting, you will be responsible developing control software for our our innovative rail vehicles. Your task, and responsibilities are as follows: Definition of system requirements and system interface specifications for vehicle control. You should support in integration tests and validation tests. Analysing diagnostic information, bug fixing and defining new control logics to improve the vehicle performance. You should be able to implement upgradation / new work of application software with end-to-end responsibility using V model approach. You should conduct training sessions for customer and service colleagues. You are responsible for monitoring and support during field service and work on engineering solutions. Utilising strong understanding on functioning of locomotive to provide systematic solutions for filed issues Carrying and root cause analysis for failures and preparing, maintaining documentation for the same Create and maintain software version history and identify operational as well as design related issues in rail vehicle. Prepare and provide trainings of service and commissioning personnel. To be Involved online guidance to field colleagues. Use your skills to move the world forward We are looking for candidates having bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical, electronic or computer science with 8+ years of relevant rolling stock experience. You also have worked for several years in maintenance function of locomotive. You understand various control protocols lie MVB, WTB, Ethernet. At least 5 years of hands-on experience various software tools and data analysis to reach to root cause Work experience with electric or diesel locomotives would be advantage. Good communication and presentation skill completes your profile. You should demonstrate strong teamwork and able to guide peers to bring out required results You are willing to travel to Locomotive Depots frequently.
