Qualification & requirement: 

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical Engineering with valid of REW BO or above.
• At least 8 years hands-on experience in E&M trade, preferably in electrical design and installation.
• To lead engineers & engineering assistants to perform project management including technical submission, progress monitoring and control.
• Familiar with AutoCAD drawing and MS Office operations.
• With knowledge in using BIM software application will be an advantage.
• Good commands of both written and spoken English & Chinese.
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible and with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Applicants with less experience will be considered as “Project Engineer” or “Engineer”.
