Job Description
1、 负责处理用户/销售/PM等来电、来函、来访中所提到的有关我公司产品技术/质量上的问题,并跟踪协调解决, 同时将处理结果反馈给相关部门。 2、根据服务派工单要求,在项目现场配合用户做好安装、调试、投运和产品使用培训的服务工作,完成现场工作相关表单的填写,离开现场之前需要让用户签字确认,并汇报给主管。 3、现场服务期间及时收集、整理好用户的反馈或投诉资料,填写用户服务信息反馈表,并将结果反馈给用户和主管。 4、及时对用户反馈意见进行汇总、分析、处理,并通知相关部门。对于现场客户提出的问题,应客户要求,工程师 需要提供相应的说明函件,并由主管批准后提交给客户。 5、服务人员未出差期间,需要为出差项目做好准备,按规定程序办理售后服务手续,按规定领用材料,结算费用。 同时,需要服从安排在产线进行多技能培训,提高现场服务技能。 6、独立完成大型项目的安装、调试、送电以及现场协调等工作 7、完成领导安排的其他工作。 Qualifications 1.大专及以上学历, 电气及相关专业 2.有2年左右电气类产品的制造、检验或维修经验,能看懂电气图纸 3.有英语读写能力,至少能看英文产品说明书; 4.沟通能力强,应变力强,能灵活解决实际问题; 5.能吃苦耐劳,经常出差。 What you will get from us Eaton’s mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
