Eaton’s EMEA Power Management und Control Division in Wien hat ein Stellenangebot für einen Entwickler für Schutzschaltgeräte/ Senior Engineer Residential breakers (m/w/d) Als Entwickler für Schutzschaltgeräte (Leitungsschutzschalter/ Miniature Circuit Breakers, Fehlerstromschutzschalter/ Residual Current Breakers, DIN-Schienen Komponenten/ DIN-rail components), haben Sie Ihren Fokus im Entwickeln, Validieren und Dokumentieren von elektromechanischen Produkten für die Elektroinstallation. Ihre Verantwortung liegt in der Produktbetreuung und Erweiterung bestehender Produkte von Schutzschaltgeräten aus der Produktlinie Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB) speziell von Fehlerstromschutzschaltern (RCDs - Residual Current Breakers) und deren Zubehör. Arbeitsinhalte: Entwicklung von elektromechanischen Schutzschaltgeräten, inklusive Konstruktion und Materialauswahl an Einzelteilen aus Kunststoff oder Metall Koordination und Bau von Mustern und Prototypen Begleitung der Produkt Validierung (Produkt Prüfungen) gem. Produktnormen Anfertigung der technischen Produkt Dokumentation Leitung von Produktbetreuungsaktivitäten mit Fokus auf den technischen Arbeitsinhalt Aufrechterhaltung der Normenkonformität und Zertifizierung von Schaltgeräten Implementierung von Produkt Optimierungen z.B. durch produktionsbedingte Verbesserungsvorschläge oder Kostenreduktionen Auskunftsperson für andere Abteilungen für technische Fragen an Produkten Qualifications Anforderungen: Mechanische, Elektromechanische oder ähnliche Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder ähnlich) Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Produkten CAD Erfahrung (z.B. Creo Modeling oder ähnliche Programme) Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse Erfahrung mit Prozessen und Werkzeugen in einem Entwicklungsprozess Basiswissen über die Produktionsprozesse von Metall- und Kunststoffteilen sowie Elektronik Baugruppen Gute analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten Bereitschaft in einem internationalen team zu arbeiten Wünschenswert: Erfahrung mit elektrotechnischen Produkten in der Niederspannung Design for Six Sigma Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Anwendung Ein leistungsorientiertes und attraktives Gehalt in Abhängigkeit von Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ab ca.
