Senior Engineer – Structural Investigation

Job Responsibilities: 

• To manage and lead project team to conduct building survey, inspection, diagnostic testing and evaluations of buildings
• To develop and follow up project proposals
• To plan, organize, direct and control the work of project team to ensure the safety and quality performance of the projects
• To attend meetings with customers, government authorities and public utilities on technical and statutory matter
  
  

Job Requirement:

• University degree in Engineering, Building, Science or related discipline.
• Professional qualification from a recognized institution preferred.
• 8 - 10 years of experience in building survey, inspection, diagnostic testing and project management.
• Sound knowledge of project management and commercial skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese
