Generate quality guidance library, including criteria of engineering work, procedure of statistical DOE and Scorecard where specify within group or between groups, even sampling accordingly, templates and metric / methodology instructions;
Consultant the development change beginning, MADS (Mitigation Action Disposition Samples) in Gii (A cyber tool) forum when each tech program or project encounter scheduling conflict which is noticed by Gii;
Consult and facilitate development change cases in segment of DMAIC & RCA & 8DR meetings until accountable owner identified Root Cause Analysis within validation;
QE is Accountable on Measurement Metrology Instruction establishment, physically scale/ electrical of interconnect (DC of hard bin) requirements based on TD activities; 
Responsible product DPPM as well as new Technology development program and new Nand / ASIC / Emerging platform at closure or report;
Accountable on Toll Gate node check out and TD changes within QC data that QE have validated;
Consult and facilitate disposition high risk RPN case if it is interference with PQ n QS starting;
Accountable to be management of administration of CFMEA tool. Based on CFMEA to scale risk in each of design, development node n Productization phase. In parallel to audit data migration are correct along development phases. Dispatch results properly to downstream various deployment tools. Such as iCP/ NPE/ DFMEA/ PFMEA;
Consult and facilitate on PNtF (Prove Not to Fail) in beginning of node & phase and validate result via activities taken n data have proven.

Master or Doctor in Material or Science or Engineering.
Good at statistical knowledge
Good communication and interpersonal skill is necessary
Self-motivated and self-directed
