1. Master or above in Material Engineering, Mechanical, or Physics area.

2.  Experience of HDI related FA and evaluation in HDD/Disk/Head development and manufacturing.

有磁头盘片相关的失效分析，磁头盘片研发及制造方面的经验优先考虑

3. Experience of material analysis with SEM/EDX/AES/ESCA/TOF-SIMS, etc...

4. Familiar with Matlab, JMP/Minitab, Ansys software
