•  Working closely with different function teams such as design, assembly, process, equipment, quality and reliability engineering for maintaining product line.
• Provide test engineering support on new product introduction, low volume manufacturing and high volume manufacturing.
• Sustains products to be competitive with cost reduction, throughput enhancement, quality improvement and yield improvements, through process/test program fine tune, failure analysis, data analysis, and with leveraging experiment or volume data of production.
• Engineering investigation and resolution on product line daily problems
• Develop test automation and making work smarter for product test and data analysis

• 和设计、封装、制程、设备、品质、可靠性等多团队协作, 维护生产线正常运转
• 负责新产品从认证,小批量产到大批量产的测试工程支持
• 依靠实验或量产的大量数据，通过流程优化、程序优化、失效分析、数据分析等手 段，降低成本、改善产出、提升品质和良率，维持产品的综合竞争力
• 对产品生产线日常出现的各种问题进行调查研究，给出合理的解决方案
• 致力于产品测试、数据分析的智能化，自动化

• Bachelor/Master degree in Electronic Engineering, Information System, Computing Science, etc. 
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills is a plus
• Good programming skills on C++/Python is a plus
• Good knowledge on SQL Database is a plus
• Good knowledge on semiconductor product test is a plus
• Good knowledge on semiconductor like CMOS, Electronic circuits, NAND/NOR Flash memory is preferable
• Excellent teamwork and ability to work well with both internal and external teams from cross-functional Global team.
• Ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

• 电子工程，信息系统，计算机科学等相关专业本科或以上学历

• 具有代码(C/C+, python等)开发经验者优先 
• 具有SQL 数据库分析经验者优先

• 具有半导体产品测试经验者优先
• 具有出色的团队合作能力
• 具备复杂问题分析能力，并能及时解决
