Position Description: 1\. Lead MFG Line Technical Support Test Engineering team for 3 shifts & Desktop, Notebook & Workstation Products 2\. Responsible for Test productivity, SMART ETMS, Debug ETMS update 3\. On time resolution for all MFG Technical issues pertaining to Test Engineering scope 4\. Responsible for Test down time. Work with L2 team (India TE/ global TE / IT ) to find RCA, CAPA. Record all issues & Raise PRF 5\. Implement TCR / SW EC Solutions & Monitor the effectiveness. 6\. Participate in Daily/Weekly / Monthly QRM & regular update of Top issues status 7\. Training & Development for TE Line support shift Engineers & MFG test operators / Debug operators #### Position Requirements: 1\. Depth Knowledge in Computer & it’s Working 2\. Product knowledge, Latest technology chipset/ Platform/ Architecture 3\. Windows / Linux shell scripts, C/C++, Test Scripts, Test cases, dB Queries 4\. Desktop / Laptop/ Workstation internals, Product knowledge 5\. MS office (Macro, Excel, Word, Presentation skills) 6\. Analytical, Logical, Quality Techniques to resolve issues.
