This exciting role offers opportunity to: We are looking forward to Systems test engineer Wireless IoT Products in Eaton’s Crouse and B-Line electrical business who is Passionate to work in System testing for wireless IoT products, who understands and inculcate Ethical values with Transparency. He/She is a quick learner and easily adapts to upcoming technical domains and believes in leading the team from front. He/She is Efficient and takes Accountability to assigned charter which fits in to overall Goals of software, Mobile App development. He/She must have a keen eye for Quality and should be really passionate about meeting the deadlines. Quick learner on systems testing covering functionality, performance and software reliability for wireless mesh protocols. Understand customer and product owners’ requirements, convert it to Test plans, tests cases which will be executed in an Agile development. Work with team in an Agile environment, following all Agile methodologies, not limited to backlog grooming, scrum, sprint demo & retrospectives. Demonstrate the technical and operational excellence that can drive innovation and apply state-of-the-art technologies to solve real-world challenges. Work closely with Program Manager, Multi discipline Engineering, hardware, mechanical, certification, firmware sourcing and Manufacturing personnel to design the products in an organized and expedited way. Qualifications Requirement: BE or Btech or MCA 5+ yrs of Embedded Testing of Systems covering Wireless protocols such as Wifi, Bluetooth,Bluetooth Mesh devices 5+ years of testing expertise with peripheral testing such as SPI. I2C, PWM, UART, A2D, Veeprom NV Mem Management, Flash drivers. 5+ yrs of testing expertise creating test plans , automated scripts for testing embedded devices using C / C++ or Python - Proven experience to develop test plans, test infrastructure to mimic customer scenarios and validate developed features. - Proven track record at individually testing wireless hardware Mobile,Web and cloud solutions is an advantage Hands on expertise in testing wireless mesh protocols for devices. Create Test strategy, test plan, test cases for various functionality. with hardware and software Expertise in creating detailed test cases for Quality, performance & reliability of embedded products covering all functionality, performance & reliability Experience of working on Integration testing between Firmware & Software , Firmware & Hardware Hands on expertise using sniffing tools like Wire Shark, or custom sniffing tools created for wireless communication. - Exercising in collecting firmware, software logs for detected bugs - Knowledge in working with tool such as Confluence, JIRA. - Proficient with working within Agile framework. - Knowledge of CI/CD concepts, tools and technologies. Expertise in testing embedded products with Mobile app, Web applications and or Standalone software Very good communication skill Strong Problem Solving Able to collaborate with firmware and mobile app and hardware engineers in the team from technical perspective Able to think outside of the box in terms of process innovation Very good at managing multiple tasks Very good at understanding and prioritizing tasks, issues and work Yes!
