Job Description

Manage tool development and define acceptance test for source inspection for semiconductor equipment.

  • Work with the Development Supply Chain engineers  on the transfer tool to ensure that the tool meet all the safety requirement and the P spec and ready for Install and qual.
  • Work with sub cons thru Manufacturing Readiness Checklist. Ensure equipment supplier is resourced for the tool install and qualification.
  • Be the champion to ensure the equipment is performing to expectation at subcon.
  • Support Intel's corporate strategy. Synthesize the tool requirement from the Long-Range Plan data to execution.
  • Close any gap.
  • Work plans with sufficient contingencies to ensure success.


Qualifications

  • BS or MS in engineering or equivalent fields with minimum 10 years of experience in equipment definition and delivery.
  • Familiar with technology transfer processes and has a network with Japanese equipment suppliers.
  • In depth knowledge of process control system, statistical analysis , big data analysis, and data automation
  • Fluent communication in English and Japanese, excellent presentation skill., and good internal and external stakeholder management ability to work in cross functional teams are required

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
