Requirements:
- Certificate or diploma in Property Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years relevant experience
- Strong leadership, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Building Management Ordinances and Landlord and Tenant (Consolidated) Ordinance
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
Job Duties:
- Handles inquiries and complaints
- Monitor and oversee the site operation and performance of contractors and sub-ordinates to ensure the compliance of statutory requirements
- Handles day-to-day administration/operation of the Estate
- Handling IO meetings and E&M
- Other ad-hoc assignments
