JD of Senior Estimator:

• Developing technical and commercial proposals for both new or existing customers after carrying out customers’ RFQ review and clarification.
• Help with promoting Honeywell new solutions.
• Compliance checking and project cost estimating by cooperating with LOB and function teams, including Sourcing, Engineering, Project Management, Finance and Legal.
• Meeting with end user, design Institute and EPC for technical clarification and agreement.
• Following process & tools for proposal and estimating, compiling the deal approval documents, and taking ownership for approval process.
• Managing proposal request to meet bid process and schedule or customers’ requirement.
• Responsible for handover projects to implementing team.

Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years working experience on pre-sale technical support or engineering in Process Control Industry.
• Good education background and learning capability.
• Understanding solutions about process control and management system, such as DCS, PLC, MES, etc. Working experience with Honeywell system is preferred.
• Fluent English skill, including reading, writing and speaking.
• Good Visio, MS Word, Excel and Power Point skill.
• Good team work, communication and presentation skill.
