Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for company events, pre-event preparation, organization and coordination;
2. Responsible for the execution management at the meeting venue, control the process, timely better communicate with each party, and maintain good relations with resources;
3. Coordinate and integrate the company's internal and external resources, analyze customer requirements, formulate various conference and exhibition proposals, integrate requirements, execute and control on site;
4. Responsible for the summary and follow-up of the post-event work;
5. Other routine work of the company and the work of the superior leadership.
Job Requirements:
1. Foreign nationals. Good spoken and written English and Mandarin preferred;
2. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of relatable work experience;
3. Hard work and good quality, can withstand certain work pressures.
