Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of events and provide on-site client service;
- Create marketing materials to support communications with donors and beneficiaries;
- Develop partnerships with social welfare and charitable institutions, schools and organizations in providing meaningful outing activities for underprivileged;
- Prepare regular event and donation summary reports.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field;
- Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in marketing, and/or event management; with fundraising and experience in NGO would be highly preferred;
- Strong client servicing, communication and coordination skills;
- Self-motivated, proactive, innovative and able to work independently;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office; knowledge of Photoshop or equivalent software is a definite advantage
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays on occasion
