Qualification:
- To be able to have good computer knowledge and to ensure that an efficient and accurate operating digital signage system according to WFC standard procedure.
- To maintain completed and supported records of all digital signage Agreements and Quotations for WFC.
- To prepare, compile and distribute the monthly revenue and occupancy reports of digital signage in a timely manner.
- Assists Events Team to handling and follow-up on all matters of Event space selling during high seasons.
- Establishes and maintains strong relationship with the established clientele and constantly explores into new business opportunities.
- Assists Art and Culture team to handling on site exhibition logistic arrangement of each Exhibitions.
- Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
- Lliaisesand works closely with theproperty departments ensuring guest's requests and expectations are being metand all event activities are aligned with HKL and WF Central’s brand image.
- Ad hoc duties as and when required by supervisor.
Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in event management
- Strong ability to communicate with others
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
