Assist with the Development & implementation of Mall business plans, budgets & asset strategy

Work with the Mall Marketing team to develop Mall Marketing and Public Relations programs to support the sales of respective retailer

Work with the Mall Operations team to ensure the daily smooth functioning of the mall and retail shops

Work with the Mall Finance Team to ensure the accounts payable/receivable functions are carried out in a professional and timely manner

Carry out lease renewal & market rent review negotiation based on company budget

Shop handover administration, coordinate with internal departments to meet retailers requirement pre & post shop opening

Provide administrative support on Retailer's agreement's renewal, term extension and new letting of pop-up shops

Assist with the compilation of monthly Management Report

Mall Retailer communications liaison

Bachelor Degree

5 or more years’ working of experience

1 to 2 years working experience in either a financial, banking, retail or commercial property management environment

Possess with a bachelor degree in any principles or relevant professional qualifications

Strong in business acumen and interpersonal skills in dealing with clients

Good understanding to speak and write in English and Chinese language

Fluent in English, Good in Cantonese and Mandarin

Good knowledge in Microsoft Office word & excel
