Change the future with us · Manage all service related activities (bidding, order intake, execution) in CS RI area , especially for Northern Region · Shall be responsible for handling regional maintenance business and Spares business · Shall co-ordinate with customers and internally with all stakeholders to ensure smooth day to day service operations in the region · Ensures timely collection of receivables · Responsible for adherence to EHS policies and guidelines · Shall ensure timely submission of bids in line with customer requirements. · Shall attend negotiation meetings and strive for finalization of the orders at the earliest · Shall actively support for larger bids · Acts as first point of contact for escalation of any customer issues. Use your skills to move the world forward · You should have minimum 5-8 years’ experience preferably in Railway environment along with bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics engineering · Flair for customer service and customer satisfaction. · You are fluent in English Make your mark in our exciting world at Siemens This role is based in Gurgaon.
