Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Leading the Staff Engagement Department as well as overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Department to provide full spectrum of HR functions;
- Acting as a change agent with proactive and strategic planning and execution ability to maintain the vision, mission and values of the organization;
- Formulating and implementing the human resources policies and strategies to support the development of the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in HRM or other related discipline;
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience with at least 5 years in senior managerial position;
- Solid Human Resources experiences preferably in NGO;
- Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skill as well as efficient and mature;
- With qualities of flexibility and adaptability to meet changes and challenges in a growing organization;
- Good team player yet with abilities to drive projects and initiatives;
- Conversant with the Employment Ordinance;
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese.
**Applicants with lower qualification or experience will be considered for the post of Executive Manager/ Assistant Manager in the Department.
