• Assist in administrative related matters and clerical duties as well as market information consolidation
• Assist Assistant Mass Marketing Manager / Mass Marketing Manager for coordination, preparation and implementation of marketing campaigns, including promotions & events
• Assist in briefing other related co-workers regarding the details of marketing campaigns
• Be the Emcee for marketing campaigns
• Provide regular information where necessary to assist with the compilation of reports for Mass Marketing team
• Provide accurate and creative copy writing and proof reading skills on marketing materials and working to pre-agreed deadlines
• Work with the in-house designers to produce materials of visual impact and within company image guidelines
• Maintain liaison with internal departments and external suppliers, assisting in sourcing and delivery of marketing material
• Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials
• Maintain accuracy data and record for management's information and evaluation
• Maintain effective communication with all concerned internal and external coworkers

Qualifications

Experience

• 2 years or above relevant experience in marketing, preferably in casino marketing
• Proven ability on articles writing & budget planning
• Adopts and implements new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances

Education

• Tertiary Qualifications

Skills / Competencies

• Proficiency in PC knowledge (MS office, Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
• Creative, presentable, well-organized, initiative, responsible and with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• To be flexible and accommodating as this may require extra hours out of normal work hours
• Pleasant and mature disposition
