The mission of Medical Representative is to provide solutions to improve the quality of patients' Lives. You will be able to lead all sales activities in the assigned territory. Main tasks and responsibilities:
Attain or exceed agreed sales targets and market share for defined territory
Effectively implement and execute S&T call plan and TAP
Build sustainable relationships with KOLs
Operational responsibilities:
1. Promotional Activities & TAP
Effectively promote AZ products in accordance with AZ business strategy, ethical standards & approved TAP through: commercial visits, round tables, conferences, congresses and seminars with healthcare professionals
Qualitatively build customers’ database on the defined territory, building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers
Provide regular feedback on client contacts and commercial activities to FLSM and team members
Sustain and communicate excellent knowledge of Product, Disease and Competitors
Actively request help from respective colleagues to achieve set objectives
Monitor, suggest and implement appropriate actions to enhance performance
Conduct market researches on the defined territory to analyze healthcare institutions’ needs for AZ products, competitors and distributors’ activities
Work with FLSM to assess territory sales performance and market trends
2. Administration
Ensure timely reporting of all activities in Veeva CRM.
Adhere to all reporting and administrative standards
3. Corporate responsibility
Follow rules & norms set by corporate policies of AstraZeneca (Pharm Code, SHE SOP and other SOPs) that the Jr. MR was acknowledged about.
As representing AstraZeneca for the customers, follow business etiquette and dress-code according to AstraZeneca image and obligations.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Necessary knowledge and Experience to be able to do the job (including language skills)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education and Certification requirements:
Minimum of Bachelor degree on Pharmacy.
2 to 5 years of sustained successful pharmaceutical sales experience
Job specific technical Skills:
Good selling skills, excellent knowledge of selling techniques is a benefit
Advanced computer skills
Ability to easily understand scientific materials (knowledge of AstraZeneca products is a benefit)
Strong influencing and organizational skills
Strong planning and analytical skills
Car driving skills (driving license is obligatory)
Presentation skills.
