Job Duties:

• To manage and oversee the sales and marketing of retail operations, in order to generate growth in sales turnover and profit;
• To formulate the department plans and budgets, and implement retail sales strategy, drive KPI and sales performance;
• To be responsible for vendor management, including sourcing, price negotiation, delivery performance & contract negotiation;
• To source new products and/or services for members of the association;
• To take the overall charge of the department including retail, online shop and insurance services;
• To carry out such other duties as assigned by the Committee and Chief Executive.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Marketing, Business Studies, Operations Management or related disciplines;
• At lease 5-year sales and marketing experience in retail or FMCG market, experience in online business and/or general insurance would be an advantage;
• Strong sense of responsibility, results-oriented and able to work under pressure;
• Positive attitude with good negotiation, communication, interpersonal and team leadership skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
