POSITION SUMMARY:

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform all duties as directed by the Principal (or other delegated authority - either the Manager or Head of the Executive Protection Team) in accordance with all policies and procedures, laws and regulations applicable to the company, team and law of the land.
• Provide and co-ordinate close protection to the Principal and the family in Hong Kong, and any other location.
• Maintain a constant threat assessment for the principal, family and to report any potential threat to the Manager or Head of the Executive Protection Team or the Principal.
• Conduct advance checks of locations, public and private
• Lead and mentor junior members of the team
• Ensure quality, presentation and manner both personally and as a team to ensure the dignity, safety and privacy of the Principal and family.
• Maintain all protection equipment in good working order and to report any loss or defects.
• Provide information and report on any initiatives to improve the operational effectiveness of the EPS.
• Oversee the safe storage of vehicles and equipment used by the team and by family members.
• Maintain First Aid skills and a high level of physical fitness.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Close Personal Protection and operational experience with high level executives and families with young children
• Preferred background Security, police or military
• Proactive and forward thinking
• Martial arts experience an advantag
• Excellent physical and mental fitnes
• Resilient and exceptional sense of responsibilities
• Alert, attentive to detail and exercise integrity
• Capable of working independently, without much supervision, though work well as a team
• Dedicated with a can-do attitude, flexible with working hours, often with short notice
• Effective communication in Chinese and English
• Well groomed, and professional appearance at all times
