This position is responsible to provide field service support to customers mainly in the north part of India for after-sales activities like field service, Retrofit/Migration of old system/software, maintenance contracts, and Digital service support & execution. Candidate should have strong experience for DCS engineering software and communication protocol (Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, HART). Knowledge regarding PCS7, APF (Advance Process Function), VB script, SQL will be an added advantage. The candidate will also be responsible for generating business leads for the above-said service portfolios & same to be passed on to the concerned Service sales specialist in the region. Qualification - BE/Diploma in Electricals /Electronics with approx 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in process/factory automation. Working experience on Siemens products & systems will be preferred. Candidate should be ready for extensive traveling, almost 17 days a month & need to have commissioning/field service experience.
