Responsibilities:

• Able to handle full set I/E shipping documents, mainly ocean export shipments within Asian Tradelane; 
• Communicate with internal & overseas customers or vendors to ensure a smooth running of  the process;
• Experience in trading industry & pre-shipment planning work experience;
• Experience in handling key accounts will be a definite requirement;
• Prepare month-end analysis report.

Requirements:

• DSE or above;
• Minimum 5 years of experiences in freight forwarding industry, working mainly in Supply Chain of Ocean Freight Department & trading firms will be an advantage;
• Good command of English and Mandarin will be an advantage;
•  Customer-oriented, able to work under pressure and solve problem independently;
•  Proficient in Ms Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
