The Job

• Client: A Global Architectural Firm
• Position: (Senior) FF&E Designer
• Responsibilities:
• Provide full tender specifications, check prototype at factory, coordination with client, suppliers and contractor, prepare presentation powerpoint and material boards, accessorized the space
• Work on projects from concept generation, schematic designs and FFE selection to installation
• $28-40K+, 5 day, medical, bonus

Requirements

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design/ Visual Merchandising/ Product Design/ or equivalent discipline
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in show-flat, club house, retail shop and hospitality;
• Excellent Adobe package skills;
• Detailed knowledge of FF&E products, suppliers and manufacturers available in the marketplace, with a good sense of manufacturing techniques and commerce;
• Good understanding of operational requirements;
• Fluent in English, spoken and written;
• Extended network of resources such as accessories, art, antiques, furniture etc.
