~Hiring experienced FF&E Designer~

Client's information:
This is an international hospitality specialist with high-end project portfolio across Asia. Their HK team is looking for a Senior FF&E Designer with extensive experiences in hospitality design projects for their upcoming new projects.

What do you do?

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and contractors.
• Cooperate with the internal design team.
• Assist in the whole project from conceptual generation to FF&E selection to installation.
• Provide full tender specifications and prepare presentation powerpoint and material boards.
• Handle any issue relating to sourcing materials and schedules.
• Liaison with Suppliers for Interior Design materials.
• Organize and maintain the FF&E library with support from staff and suppliers.

What do you need?

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, or relevant disciplines.
• Min. 8 years of experience in handling hospitality/FF&E projects.
  
• Knowledge in interior finishes and in sizes, proportions and fabrication of furnishings.
• Have a detailed working knowledge of all phases of contract documentation; including working with manufacturers, reviewing shop drawings, etc.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and MS Office.
• Strong coordination ability and good communication skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English/Chinese.
