• Perform installation, setup, troubleshoot, testing, and maintain refueling equipment and cranes at customer sites, using but not limited to installation procedures, setup and calibration procedures, and site acceptance test procedures. Serves as the technical advisor during the outage
• Provide support to engineering and project management by accurately documenting equipment design and performance issues from the field, and ensure corrective actions and lessons learned meetings are completed prior to final outage document transmittal.
• Perform all assigned tasks under minimal supervision, with a high degree of quality, and within the parameters of qualified procedures and guidelines. Maintain a high level of attention to detail, and document all quality and design related issues.
• Develop, exercise and promote team-building skills with peers, supervisors, contractors, customers and other departments. Demonstrate good customer sensitivity and customer service skills. Develop and maintain a focus on creative problem solving.
• Practice HuP (Human Performance) principles and a “Safety First” attitude as an integral part of all on-site activities. Demonstrate good housekeeping practices in work areas. Maintain “Unescorted Access” status. Working with hazardous materials in a radiological controlled area, within an operating nuclear power plant.
