Job Overview
Fabrications, Weld, and build fixturing for various equipment for initial setup or repair.

 
 




Responsibilities 
- *Build fixturing for equipment
- *Build parts for equipment
- *Responsive to maintenance customer needs through the Micro Main system
- *Enter information in to the Micro Main computer system
- *Assist as required in all Tool & Die and fabrication duties
- *Assist in set up of production equipment
- *Drive TOS/TPM Methodologies in all assignments
- *Develop and implement process improvements (CIW)
- *Work some flexible hours as needed
- *Various other Fab welder assignments as needed



 

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Attached resume required

- *Must be proficient in all welding applications including material selection, welding equipment selection (MIG, TIG, Arc), and all other related processes with a focus on safety 
- *Must be able to read blue prints           
- *Must be able to design and build projects from the ground up with little or no help   
- *Mechanical aptitude/mechanically inclined a must      
- *Work independently with little or no supervision          
- *Computer literate a must (Micro Main and Microsoft programs)         
- *Must be able to demonstrate basic position requirements      
- *Willing to work overtime as needed     
- *Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently      
- *Focused on safety in all situations       
- *Established excellent attendance record and performance rating      
- *Self motivated - detail oriented individual        
- *Great interpersonal and communication skills 
- *Knowledge of machinery at location a plus
