Job Description
You will be joining a team of Christian professionals who will welcome your expertise and contributions in facilities management including statutory knowledge, procurement and tendering, project management and facilities planning and utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee facilities maintenance and campus renovation projects.
- Ensure school facilities and systems are available and operated efficiently.
- Engage and supervise contractors to ensure service standards are met.
- Conduct and review contractor evaluation, project procurement and tendering to ensure cost effectiveness, budget alignment and statutory compliance.
- Any other duties and ad-hoc FM projects as assigned by the Head of Facilities Management.
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above in Facilities Management, Building Management, Housing Studies or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management; school experience are preferred but not essential.
- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade B or above) is highly preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (including Excel). User knowledge in AutoCAD will be advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, self-driven, independent, analytical, well organized and able to work under pressure.
- Positive, engaging with a “can-do” mindset.
- Occasional works during weekends and school holidays may be required.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Facilities Officer.
