Job Description

You will be joining a team of Christian professionals who will welcome your expertise and contributions in facilities management including statutory knowledge, procurement and tendering, project management and facilities planning and utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee facilities maintenance and campus renovation projects.
  • Ensure school facilities and systems are available and operated efficiently.
  • Engage and supervise contractors to ensure service standards are met.
  • Conduct and review contractor evaluation, project procurement and tendering to ensure cost effectiveness, budget alignment and statutory compliance.
  • Any other duties and ad-hoc FM projects as assigned by the Head of Facilities Management.


Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above in Facilities Management, Building Management, Housing Studies or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management; school experience are preferred but not essential.
  • Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade B or above) is highly preferred.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (including Excel). User knowledge in AutoCAD will be advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, self-driven, independent, analytical, well organized and able to work under pressure.
  • Positive, engaging with a “can-do” mindset.
  • Occasional works during weekends and school holidays may be required.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Facilities Officer.
