• Manage the project to implement new facilities or facilities upgrade and transfer the new facilities to operation team.
• Look for opportunity to improve facilities reliability and reduce the maintenance cost.
• Ensure the compliance with all regulations and standards for all facilities systems and works. Meet all national, local and Corning specific requirements on safety, environment, health and other areas.
• Setup and sustain effective maintenance system to guarantee the stable facilities and equipment services for all plant business operation including production, engineering, distribution and other functions Spare parts and tools management including storage, purchase and maintenance.
• Lead and manage the maintenance teams to complete all maintenance activities including both internal preventive maintenances work and outsourced maintenance services
• Continuously improve the process and production performance (safety, efficiency, quality, cost and etc.) through PEx
• Lead TPM program to be achieving total process reliability from equipment and automation perspective.
• Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) implementation and management

• Bachelor degree or above
• 5 years working experience in plant.
• At least 3 years working experience in lean manufacturing.

• Good at lean manufacturing tools application like ( 5S/ standardization / fool proof/ VSM etc.) .
• Project management skill
• Good problem solving and analytical skills like ( QC 7 tools , SPC)

• Good at 6 Sigma
• With experience in clean room molding production management.
• With good oral English skill.

• Good communication skill to interact effectively with colleagues and other supporting function.
• Good skill of people motivation.
• Good read and written English skills.
• Good planning skill.
• Good skill in using office like PPT.
