Job Responsibilities:

• L1 to L2 Desktop support, provide support to front to back office
• Installation of new applications
• Maintenance of LAN and desktop
• Troubleshooting desktop and laptop issues
• Oversee the daily performance of computer systems
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
• The candidate has 4-5 years' experience in providing end-user support
• Basic knowledge in network troubleshooting (IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered Field Support Engineer
• HK Permanent Resident is required
