Senior Finance & Accounting Specialist

Report to: Finance & Accounting Manager, Area South China

Job Description:

Maintain clean set of books as per IFRS accounting standards

Monthly balance sheet reconciliation

Drive DSO, DPO targets and KPI deployment

Implementation of SAP

Transform the finance organization to a business finance set up

Conduct vendor management, cost control and payment of vendors

Manage credit management & collection of outstanding receivables

Perform month and reporting and book close activities

Ensure compliance and fraud prevention

Perform analytics and management reporting

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills

Results oriented, drives issues to closure

Organization and time management skills, prioritizing, planning work activities efficiently to meet deadlines and goals

Adaptable and able to keep the bigger picture in focus while navigating through a complex issue

Ability to work both independently, and a team

Qualifications:

Degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of related industry experience is a plus

Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Preferred working knowledge of SAP

Advanced technical skills in Microsoft office tools such as Excel
