Senior Finance & Accounting Specialist

Report to: Finance & Accounting Manager, Area South China

Job Description:

• Maintain clean set of books as per IFRS accounting standards

• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations

• Drive DSO, DPO targets and KPI deployment

• Implementation of SAP

• Transform the finance organization to a business finance set up

• Conduct vendor management, cost control and payment of vendors

• Manage credit management & collection of outstanding receivables

• Perform month and reporting and book close activities

• Ensure compliance and fraud prevention

• Perform analytics and management reporting

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

• Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills

• Results oriented, drives issues to closure

• Organization and time management skills, prioritizing, planning work activities efficiently to meet deadlines and goals

• Adaptable and able to keep the bigger picture in focus while navigating through a complex issue

• Ability to work both independently, and a team

   

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of related industry experience is a plus

• Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Preferred working knowledge of SAP

• Advanced technical skills in Microsoft office tools such as Excel
