Responsibilities:

• Supervise the finance team and review monthly group consolidated financial and management report on timely basis
• Oversee all accounting, financial and taxation matters of HK head office and subsidiaries
• Prepare quarterly, interim and annual reports and results announcement
• Participate in ad hoc projects & corporate finance exercises and coordinate with all relevant professional parties in relation to the assigned projects or M&A transactions
• Maintain a strong financial control and provide the management with timely and accurate financial information such as financial budgets and cash flow projections
• Account in compliance with the HK Listing Rules and other relevant rules and regulation
• Handle the company secretarial duties of the group

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline with professional qualification of HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years working experience gained within Big 4 or publicly listed company in similar capacity
• Familiar with accounting standards and knowledge in listing rules
• Independent, self-initiative, committed and able to work under pressure and time constraint
• Proactive, meticulous with good analytical and organizational skills, good presentation and good communication skills
• Good command in both written and spoken in English and Mandarin
