Requirements :

• Degree holder in finance/ accounting/ business or related disciplines
• HKICPA/ACCA qualified preferred
• At least 5 years of working experiences in finance & accounting, with 3 years of auditing experience at CPA firms preferred
• Familiar with Hong Kong Listing Rules, as well as Hong Kong and China financial reporting standards and regulations
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, independent and strong sense of responsibility
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Finance Manager

Duties :

• Oversee all finance related matters for the Group including accounting, taxation, banking, tax and company secretarial matters
• Work closely with finance teams in China, to provide promptly support and advice to ensure smoothly operations and financial reporting
• Manage all aspects of the financial accounting function which include financial reporting, budgeting, cashflow forecast, variance analysis as well as preparing group consolidation
• Assist in supervising the team in performing their daily operations, investor relations and company secretary matters
• Handle taxation, annual audit and treasury
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
