Job Description
1.0 General:
- This position support the company’s growth with a strong FP&A background, to report, analyze and drive business performance. In addition, this positon will be Asia’s focal point in monitoring and managing regional cash positon through robust cash flow forecasting, and to provide finance oversight of Asia operations other than China.
2.0 Specific Responsibilities:
- Prepare Asia regional monthly financial scorecard and use the information to help business driving performance;
- Design KPI to drive profitability and free cash flow improvement;
- Prepare annual budget and quarterly reforecasting, perform detail variance analysis;
- As the focal point reviewing investment proposals, monitor regional capital expenditure budget.
- Prepare business update to management & to other function leaders;
- Provide financial advice to other departments, participate in projects such as continuous improvement programs, automation, etc.
- Update bi-weekly cash flow forecast, maintain an optimal cash flow position for Asia operation;
- Provide financial oversight to recently setup operations in India and Vietnam, including budgeting, tax & statutory compliance, building up business models, etc.
- Support M&A projects and subsequent integrations.

4.0 Required Skill Set:
- Being a self-starter & problem solver, consistently find ways to improve processes & productivity;
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently and multi-tasking;
- Good modelling skills, able to convert an idea into a business case and present effectively through numbers and facilitate decision making, including scenario planning;
- Great team player, both within Finance team and with other departments.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese;
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Willing to travel as business requires.
5.0 Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree holder in Management, Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines;
- Qualified CMA and/or CPA
- Over 15 years working experiences in Financial Reporting & Analysis preferably gain from listed MNCs
- Experience gained from FMCG is preferred;
- Prior experiences in M&A due diligence and business integration is preferred;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Finance Manager, Asia.
