Requirements :

• Degree holder with Qualified HKICPA/ACCA member
• At least 3 years of working experience in CPA firms
• Working experience in trading and retail industries in Hong Kong listed company is preferred
• Full responsibility for the overall financial reporting, company secretary and general administrative functions
• Solid consolidation knowledge and reporting skills
• Good knowledge in the Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules and other compliance regulations
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, independent and has a strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to travel to PRC and overseas

Duties :

• To ensure the quality and reliability of the accounting activities of the Group, (including preparation and review of monthly consolidated financial reports to management, financial & budgetary controls)
• Implement, maintain and enforce accounting compliance with local regulatory requirements
• Prepare management reports, forecast and budget etc.
• Responsible for managing and overseeing the overall accounting, taxation, financial planning and treasury activities of the Group
• Ensure the system of internal control is properly maintained and followed
• Assist the CFO to oversee the operation of the Finance Department which include HK, PRC and overseas offices
• Other ad hoc duties etc.
