Eaton Corporation is currently seeking a Senior Finance Manager – Data & Analytics to join our team. This position can be based at any Eaton US facility or US based remote home office. Position Overview: At Eaton we are focused on Digitalization across all areas of our business. The Senior Finance Manager – Data & Analytics will focus on how data it is obtained, leveraged, and disseminated to drive critical decision making through the Finance Transformation initiative. Reporting into the Director of Finance, this role is responsible for all aspects of Data/Analytics and reporting opportunities across the IT enterprise. You will deliver key business insights to the company and lead our business intelligence efforts. You will use strong analytical skills as well as a sound understanding of technology, keen business acumen, and an entrepreneurial spirit to execute growth strategies. You will be proactive and can challenge the norm, but who will also listen to others and collaborate to support the company goals. Essential functions include: Provide the organization with data insights, analytics, and tools to achieve business goals, foster innovation, and promote data-driven decision-making. Responsible for IT Budget forecasting, modeling, and optimization. Build LRP (long range plan). Develop financial goals/objectives, uncover trends, and assess business risks and opportunities. In collaboration with the senior leadership, create and drive finance roadmaps that lead to successful IT business outcomes Develop the Business Intelligence team/capability responsible for delivering high quality and actionable dashboards, analysis, and tools to drive the business forward. Develop KPIs and Financial Metrics. Research and assess emerging technologies and methods to continuously improve analytic capabilities and enhance capacity to provide valuable results Drive operational improvements by analyzing metrics data, presenting to key stakeholders, and making data-driven recommendations Prepare succinct and clear executive presentations that simplify complex topics and are often time sensitive Produce customized analysis to drive alignment on regional / department goals and budgets Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution required Minimum ten (10) years professional experience. Minimum two (2) years finance data analytics experience Strong hands-on experience in data reporting and visualizations with Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship both now and in the future. The ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and systematically. Be highly flexible, with the ability to execute well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization. Travel up to 50% Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range for this role is $131,250-192,500. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
