Responsibilities:

• Lead the Finance team to perform full spectrum of finance functions effectively and efficiently
• Manage and supervise daily finance operations, periodic budget and rolling forecast, month-end closing and management reports, business audit and analysis, tax filing etc.
• Work closely with the other Finance departments in the region for financial issues
• Ensure all related standards and procedures are complied with legal and statutory regulations, audit & tax requirements and company policies
• Work as a team player with other departments to complete the tasks such as system enhancement
• Ensure development of team members’ expertise and ability to adapt to fast-paced and fast-changing environment
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or other related disciplines
• Qualified accountant (HKICPA/ACCA/CPAA) with at least 10 years of relevant working experience in sizable Travel Retail/ Retail of which at least 4 years at manager level is a must
• Working experience in Chinese enterprise, listed company, Liquor/Tobacco is an advantage
• Highly flexible and committed
• Presentable, strategic, seasoned accounting management professional who has outstanding planning, analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Has good leadership and team management power, willing to take up any challenging work and responsibilities
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strategic mindset and good team player who thrives in a fast-paced working environment
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Finance Manager
