Our client is a HK listed company with a diversified business portfolio ranging from retail, manufacturing, trading, E-Commerce, and property investments. The company renowned for its entrepreneurial and pioneering culture. They are currently looking for a Senior Finance Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report to the Group Financial Controller
• Prepare consolidated financial and management reporting packages in accordance with HK GAAP and IFRS
• Provide full-fledged financial leadership on the daily operation of AR, AP, General Ledger, and month-end closing, etc.
• Drive the preparation of annual and statutory audits with external auditors in accordance with HK GAAP and IFRS
• Provide business partnership to CEO and stakeholders on the group’s P&L analysis, Profitability/Margin analysis, and growth strategies from a financial perspective
• Lead the overall internal control and system to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting Discipline
• Qualified Accountant
• A minimum of 8 years financial operating and reporting experience gained from both Big 4 and HK Listed organizations
• Manufacturing experience would be advantages
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a MUST
• Candidates will less experience will be considered a Group Finance Manager position
