Responsibilities

• Exploring, identifying and pitching of investment opportunities in private market and public market;
• Preparing and reviewing acquisition documents and transaction agreements and assist with due diligence;
• Preparing investment proposals and presentation materials;
• Coordinating with internal project team and joint venture partners on business opportunities;
• Project sourcing, screening and risk assessment;
• Financial modelling on investment opportunities and potential projects;
• Handling investor relationship of listed company;
• Handle ad hoc duties and assignments when required;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline;
• Member of HKICPA or equivalent;
• 3-5 years’ working experiences in sizable / listed company or audit firm, with financial and analytical experience;
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and organization skills;
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin is required;
• Able to work under pressure and able to meet deadline;
• Travelling is required;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Investment Manager.
