Senior Finance Manager / Finance Manager 

(Station in Shenzhen)

Job Responsibilities:

 - Lead the financial team to manage the entire spectrum of the financial function including financial planning, compliance with accounting standards and regulations, reporting and control of the business operations.

- Report and analyze accounting data on a timely basis.

- Implement and review budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, tax planning and cash and funds flow statements.  

- Establish operational goals and planning, assess progress and give advice to the top management

- Liaison with external auditors and local authorities. Handle all statutory reporting 

- Administer Internal Audit to ensure compliance with all tax and legal requirements as well as internal policies and controls.

- Supervise supporting teams as well as any other ad-hoc assignments.

Job Requirements:

- Degree in Accounting or Finance with ACCA or CPA

- At least 10-12 years relevant working experience with at least 6-7 years in electronic manufacturing industry or related industries in Greater China

- At least 5 years supervisory experience.

- Good communication, interpersonal, organizational skills

- Good management skills to improve team performance.

- Strong business sense, clear thinking, competent and willing to challenge
