Job Description

You are responsible for managing the budget and providing financial supports to Intel Viet Nam factory's operations partners. You will be the key driver for cost efficiency projects and act as a Finance contact to dedicated business groups at Intel Viet Nam and globally. You will also involve in cost activities to build a solid cost culture.

Job Description:

  • Partner with management to establish strategic plans and objectives for the organization.
  • Partner with Assembly and Test Finance teams and other stakeholders globally and in the factory to drive for spending optimization and process/systems efficiency
  • Evaluate and analyze financial information and business trends to develop reconciliations, variance explanations, risk assessments, and solutions.
  • Provide support for factory cost reduction projects, ROI analysis.
  • Be Finance rep in different virtual factory working groups when needed.
  • Closely collaborate with Financial Planning and Analysis team for the business plan rollout, projection, and actual spending monitor.

  • Experience in most aspects of financial operations, along with proven influence and strategic thinking capabilities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience on Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Planning, and Business Modelling.
  • Language: Proficiency in English and Vietnamese
  • Well-versed in Power BI, Macro and Microsoft Excel
  • Prior manufacturing experience desired.
