We are looking forward to a Senior Financial Analyst in Eaton’s Golf business, based in Tainan, Taiwan. This exciting role offers opportunity to: SIOP presentation for absorption as well as weekly report update. In charge of absorption calculation and assist VC/FC account maintenance in pre-forecast/forecast/actual/Profit Plan report. Work with plant controller for ad-hoc project related to absorption/VC/FC/Support expense control. CAPEX account owner, as well as lead CAR preparation and cross communication with CAR owner’s department. Prepare monthly CAPEX and depreciation’s pre-forecast/Forecast template. CAPEX weekly report update. Encore report preparation and upload. Major contact person with EY and tax regime for financial statement audit and tax filing. Business partner (BP) with MFG, ME and PE team. Balance sheet Reconciliation in compliance with SOX. Monthly payroll account journal booking, as well as the related report preparation, ie, salary reconciliation for tax filing. DSO actual & forecast calculation. Qualifications BS/BA in Finance or Accounting required. Years and area of experience required 5 years of professional/manufacturing experience. 2-3 years CPA firm is a plus. Technical Knowledge Experience to finish monthly closing independently/ auditing. Understanding of GAAP. EXCEL/ word/ Outlook experience. Soft skills Proactive personality to work with people and has strong willingness to learn. Fluent English in reading and writing, oral speaking is plus. Yes!
