This position is required to prepare business case or pro-forma by self or working with plant specialist for customer quotations throughout the Asia Pacific region and work with China plants operation to optimize internal control process. Essential duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Play a key role in pricing process within Asia Pacific, prepare and update pro-forma or business case by working with all functions in the organization for customer quotations.

• Follow up and coordinate all functions’ work during pricing process.

• Support price approval process for Asia Pacific.

• Build up and maintain cost database for all Asia Pacific manufacturing sites.

• Support program management for cost analysis and controlling during program execution phase.

• Develop and maintain the cost model for typical products in Asia Pacific.

• Provide solid information to management team with Make Vs. Buy analysis for main components manufacturing strategy.

• Fulfill corporate requirements not only in accounting but also in tax, treasury, audit and risk management and other related functional lines as well.

• Deep dive on plant operation internal control process and find discrepancy with Dana policy, work with plant to do improvement.

• Implement new financial policies and procedures and communicate financial guidelines
• Perform Regional Monthly Reporting and Analysis like month-end and quarter-end budget to actual analysis as well as ad-hoc analytical assignments
• Support China entities consistently improve P&L, B/S, and Cash Flow forecast

• Assist in other special projects as required.

• Coordinate and assist in financial budgeting, forecasting and control as required.
